Up 6am: Light rain & drizzle predicted all day with temps to mid 50's.

I did the Weekly Cleaning right after I fed Buddy and then I wrote an email to a 'higher-up' at Planet Fitness about the wifi issue.

Watched Netflix disc 'WITHOUT REMORSE'. Forces within the American political system try to provoke a 'hot' war with Russia because America needs an aggressive enemy powerful enough to unite us against a terrifying existential threat. Twenty five years ago this line of reasoning would have been laughable, but these days it's probably considered quite mainstream..."I love a man with a gun in his hand"; with Michael B. Jordan, Jodie Turner-Smith, Jamie Bell, and Guy Pearce. 

Watched more of 'THE SINNER' (Netflix). I finished episode #7 and #8 is the final chapter. Percy uncovered a very lucrative human trafficking operation that was run by her family and this drove her to suicide.  Or that's how it seems with fifty-six minutes left to go and the big mystery is whether or not Grandma was in on the scheme.

1140am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a short walk outside and then for five miles on the treadmill.  

1155am-1215pm:  Walked to the PO box at Walgreens and mail back the disc. There was about an hour break in the rain showers that were moving through the area.

1225pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT watched an entire JOEY'S JOINT and began ROBERT KELLY on BERTCAST. 

Weights- 3 sets/ 15 reps.

Reading 'THE TESTAMENTS' 

***Updated phone and cleared the cache on the Galaxy A42- 5G. 

345pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and watched more of ANNIE LEDERMAN & WHITNEY CUMMINGS on J.R.E. 

 440pm:  In the tub with 'THE TESTAMENTS' and listening to BECK- 'Mellow Gold'; THE SMASHING PUMPKINS- 'Mellon Collie'.

I spent most of the time in the tub Googling '"'Amazon Prime Music Unlimited playing far too slow". I only drank a can of diet Canada Dry and only one Busch Light.

I was going to watch the last two episodes of 'THE PLAYLIST' (Netflix), but I'll save this for tomorrow and watch the last hour of 'THE SINNER' (Netflix) tonight. An interesting ending: Percy killed an Asian fisherman when he, her uncle, and her father got in a fight. She pointed the gun at the man to try to stop the altercation and the gun went off. The guilt of the shooting caused her to committ suicide. I didn't see that coming and it seemed like 'the reveal' was explained in exhausting detail. Not a bad series, but certainly not great and not as good as the three previous seasons.

Began the first episode of 'I AM A STALKER' (Netflix). I shut it down at about 22 minutes which is half of the episode. Another high quality True Crime documentary series.
