Did the Weekly Cleaning as soon as I got up.

Watched 'MR. HARRIGAN'S PHONE' (Netflix). I picked this film because yesterday's 'Morning Movie' was somewhat like an adaptation of a work by Stephen King. 'MR. HARRIGAN'S PHONE' is a kind of a cautionary tale about the dangers of telephony and the easy access to the virtual torrent of information provided through our devices and phones; with Jaeden Martell, Donald Sutherland- from a short story by Stephen King. 

Watched 'STUTZ' (Netflix). Jonah Hill interviews his therapist, Dr. Phil Stutz. A construct of 'Personality' could be represented by a triangle with 'Body' being the biggest and lowest realm. At this level, you can gain immediate effect. When Stutz first started as a therapist the goal was only to listen, but Stutz wanted to give people more and not just after long periods of therapy.  'People' is in the middle and this is how you relate to those around you and finally, the smallest and most important level is 'Self'. That is how you see yourself in relation to Life. 

1145am: PC is 'Off' and will do the weights and then drop the disc off at the Walgreens mailbox (the mailman didn't pick it up yesterday) and on to Esporta for the workout. 

1230pm: To Walgreens PO box and then Esporta. 45" Precor.  45"Treadmill.  30"Bike.  30"Treadmill.  30"Cross and watched 'PEPSI, WHERE'S MY JET' (Netflix) and more of YANNIS PAPPAS on J.R.E. 

450pm:  In the tub with 'BREATHING THE SAME AIR' and listening to THE STRANGLERS- THE Epic Years; THE ANIMALS. 

***I thought that I was running through this eighth faster than normal, but I checked the dates and I should have run out tonight. But I have several days left.

Watched 'MURDER BY THE COAST' (Netflix).  Set in Malaga, Spain in 1999. A young woman is stabbed to death and the killer is believed to be her mother's lesbian lover. The media crucified the woman and she was sentenced to fifteen years on purely circumstantial evidence.  The real killer was an Englishman who had a history of sex crimes. In less than a year another young woman is murdered and forensic evidence links the two killings and the lesbian is absolved of any guilt. Yet the authorities never admitted to any wrong doing and was never compensated for the gross miscarriage of justice.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
