Up 520am: Partly cloudy & cold with temps barely above freezing. 

 

Buddy threw up clear liquid around 5am and then he threw up 'crunchies' at 620am. He wouldn't touch '9 Lives' which is very much out of character. He'll eat when he's ready and either he will, or he won't. 810am I opened a can of Friskies, and he gobbled it up, but I hope he keeps it down (920am-no vomit).   

 

The laxatives that I ordered at Amazon won't be delivered for several days so I took two laxatives from the refrigerator. The incense that I ordered yesterday will be arriving tonight.  

 

***This morning I decided to not put more notes on the sticky notes until I can find out how to copy and save the material. There are several months of entries, and I hope that I can save them all. I'm now using 'Word' and this seems like a program that I should have been using from the beginning. It automatically saves the material to the cloud.  

 

I watched 'A KIND OF MURDER' (Hoopla). A bookshop owner murders his wife at a rural bus stop and later a woman commits suicide near the same site. The two husbands become linked in a downward spiral because they both wanted their wives dead.  The film is set in 1960 NYC and Newark, NJ and the best parts of the film were the set designs and costumes; with Patrick Wilson, Jessica Biel, and Eddie Marsan. The film is based on a novel by Patricia Highsmith called 'THE BLUNDERER'.  

 
Watched another episode of 'GLITCH' (Netflix). I shut it down at 39 minutes in episode#3. This one also gets better the more that I watch.  

 
1015am: PC is 'Off' and I want to get in five miles before I leave for the dentist and Loews to get the rubber tub stopper.  

 
1030am: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and watched a complete 'TOM TALKS'- TOM SEGURA & TOM SANTINO; and more of DANA CARVEY.

***I noticed that Buddy had thrown up in the kitchen sink. How considerate! 

I left out food for Buddy, but he didn't eat it until I got home. He's not his usual self. 

 

 1240pm: To the dentist. In the chair by 105pm and out by 2pm.  $21 and I should get this back from Aetna and the mailman picked up the request for reimbursement when he delivered the mail this afternoon.  

 
To Lowe's for a $3 rubber tub stopper. I put water in the tub, and it looks like it works just fine. During the bath it sealed perfectly.

Watched some more of Neal Brennan on J.R.E.  

 

I watched 'IMMIGRATION NATION- Maintaining Vigilance' (Netflix). Federal Immigration judges are not part of the judicial branch of government but are part of the DOJ of the executive branch. Jeff Sessions ran the operation for Trump back in the day.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
