655am (B). 935am (2-SB). 440pm (2-B). 715pm (B).

Up 530am: Cloudy and breezy with temps to mid 50's.

Watched 'MOPE' (Plex-TV). A lesser known definition of the word 'mope' is 'someone who hangs around the porn industry and will do the lowest tasks hoping for a break'. The film is about two 'mopes' (Stephen Driver & Tom Dong) who have big aspirations, but no talent. The film is more about having unrealistic dreams than it is about the porn industry. A difficult film, but well worth a look and pretty damn funny.

Began the first episode of 'CRIME SCENE: The Texas Killing Fields' (Netflix).  Beginning in the early 1980's, many bodies of young women were found along the highway from Houston to Galveston, Texas. Police  are baffled and cannot determine if this is the work of one person or many unconnected murders. This is a three part documentary and unfortunately I know that authorities still do not know who was responsible.

About 1030am I got a call from ATT and they sent me down a 'phone tag' rabbit hole and I got nowhere. I'm going to end it here because the only difference that I can find between my plan with Aetna and the ATT Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) Plan is that ATT's 'out of pocket' is only $900 and Aetna's is about $4,500. This year I'm not going to take the trouble to switch plans because I'm set up for a colonoscopy with my Aetna plan. Next year at this time I'll take the trouble to see if it would be worth it to switch.

1120am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill.

1140am: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT watched a complete YouTube interview with NEIL YOUNG & RICK RUBIN; began NEAL BRENNAN on TOM PAPA.

Finished reading 'MR MURDER.

350pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and more TUESDAYS WITH STORIES.

445pm:  In the tub with 'GRAY MATTERS' and listening to 'Blood & Chocolate'/ 'Trust'/ 'Taking Liberties'- ELVIS COSTELLO.  I made this into an 'Early Elvis Costello' playlist and included a 'Live Costello' that I'd never heard.

Watched a little more of NEAL BRENNAN on TOM PAPA.

Two Netflix discs arrived in the mail today.

Began the last disc of season #4 of 'THE HANDMAID'S TALE'. This series is almost good enough to consider signing up for Hulu. I shut it down 8' 30" into episode #2 'Progress'.
