Started writing notes for The Chat.

Watched 'MIDNIGHT' (Amazon Prime). A deaf Korean girl witnesses a serial killer at work and might become his next victim. Because the girl cannot speak but only sign and the killer is so incredibly lucky  you must suspend all belief or it won't make much sense. It's still a (reasonably) fun thriller and there is a lot of running down dark alleys. 

The plan is to hit the treadmill early so that I can have plenty of time to listen to The Chocolate Watchband and finish 'GRAY MATTERS' later this afternoon. 

1030am:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and began DUNCAN TRUSSELL on J.R.E.
Weights:  3 sets/ 15 reps.

Finished 'GRAY MATTERS' by William Hjortsberg and began 'CASS TIMBERLANE' by Sinclair Lewis...THE CHOCOLATE WATCHBAND & NATIONAL HEALTH.

350pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and more DUNCAN TRUSSELL on J.R.E. 

445pm:  In the tub with 'CASS TIMBERLANE' and listening to THE STRAWBERRY ALARM CLOCK Playlist; THE J. GEILS BAND 'Best of...'/ 'The Morning After'.

Watched more of 'RICHES' (Amazon Prime). 'Flair & Glory' is tanking due to corporate malfeasance and family shenanigans and who took the $20 million?  Shut it down 18 minutes into episode #4.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
