720am (B). 955am (2-B). 12pm (B). 445pm (2-B). 7pm (B).

Up 530am: Bright and sunny with temps to low 40's.

Did the Weekly Cleaning.

Watched Netflix disc 'DANGEROUS'.  A man with intense anger issues and estranged from his family. He learns that his brother has died and he travels to a remote island off the coast of Washington for the funeral. There he is attacked by highly trained killers, locates a WWII Japanese submarine, and stumbles upon a huge cache of gold bars. Scott Eastwood 'channels' elements of his father's acting persona, but that's not nearly enough to carry this movie; with Scott Eastwood, Kevin Durand, Framke Janssen, Tyrese Gibson, and Mel Gibson.  From 'Variety':

"Dangerous is a bits-and-pieces action thriller with a fluky premise and a lead actor good enough to embody it. Made in the slipshod, overlit style of a straight-to-streaming potboiler, it’s not a rip-off so much as a film built out of spare parts from other movies, to the point that it never fully becomes itself".

Watched the last episode of 'THE ENGLISH' (Amazon Prime). An English woman heads West to find the people responsible for her son's death and she meets an Indian who is heading Northwest to get land that he's owed for being a US scout. The bad guy had syphilis and gave it to the English woman and her son was infected. I have no idea what this film meant, and I hope the YouTube wise guys will clue me in.

1120am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights, then hit Planet Fitness for the workout; mail the disc, get gas/ beer at the station on Wabash, and then go west to the vitamin store for the monthly dose.

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps

1215pm: To Planet Fitness. 45"Cross.  45"Treadmill. 30"Bike.  30"Treadmill.  30"Cross; watched 2 YouTube videos on 'THE ENGLISH' (Amazon Prime); finished a TUESDAYS WITH STORIES; A J.R.E (Rogan interviews a young MMA fighter).

Got gas and a case of Bud Light, then to the vitamin store;  price went from $55 to $65.

450pm: In the tub with 'GRAY MATTERS' and listening to XTC- 'THE BIG EXPRESS'; ELVIS COSTELLO & THE ATTRACTIONS- 'Get Happy'.

Began 'RICHES' (Amazon Prime). A melodramatic soap opera about an African run cosmetics giant in London. The big boss dies and leaves the entire company to his daughter and son from a previous marriage and nearly nothing to his current children. Corporate mayhem ensues and this is very bingeable stuff.  Shut it down 31 minutes into episode #2.
