655am (B). 930am (2-B). 1205pm (2-B).445pm (2-B). 705pm (2-B).
Up 5am: Partly cloudy and windy with temps to 60 degrees!
Watched 'INHERITANCE' (Netflix). A young female lawyer's inheritance is one million dollars and the knowledge that her father has kept a man chained in an underground bunker in their backyard for decades. The most ridiculous premise that I've endured in a while and 100% too silly to even rate as camp; with Simon P and Lily Collins. Lily Collins is the daughter of Phil Collins (GENESIS) and she is married to Charlie McDowell who is the son of Malcolm McDowell. Filmed in Birmingham and Mobile, Alabama.
Watched another episode of 'IMMIGRATION NATION' (Netflix). A county commissioner's construction business in Panama City, Florida depended on immigrant labor and an immigrant rights group shows that his business model did not include paying his workers' salaries.
Watched the last 20 minutes of 'THE LAST FOREST' (Netflix). An intimate look at daily life in a contemporary 'hunter gatherer society' in the Amazon Rainforest. Since gold and other precious materials were discovered in the area over thirty years ago I'm surprised that the tribe has lasted this long.
1110am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to hit Washington Park. I want to use the streets and sidewalks to get an accurate estimate (no walking on the hills) of how long it would take.
Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps
115pm To Washington Park...Parkview, Wash. Pak southside panhandle, Walnut, northside panhandle, back up the paved park road, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 25 MINUTES...'Rough Mix'- RONNIE LANE & PETE TOWNSEND; 'Who Came First'- PETE TOWNSEND.
Finished 'THE DA VINCI CODE' and began 'A CANTO FOR A GYPSY' by Martin Cruz Smith.
355pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and began a 'THEY MIGHT BE DRUNK'.
450pm: In the tub with 'CANTO FOR GYPSY' and listening to the Early BEATLES Playlist. (Only had a can of diet ginger ale and a can of Busch Light...tired)
Watched more of 'THEY MIGHT BE DRUNK'.
Then I watched the rest of 'FLINT TOWN' (Netflix). Fun Fact: Fifty years ago the median income was $85,000, and now it's $20,000 making it the poorest town in the US. An excellent 'companion' documentary would be about city officials who went to jail over the water crisis. Hopefully, somebody did time because the new administration presented charges. I'll check with Google tomorrow morning.
