7am (B). 1005am (1-B). 1215pm (2-B). 2pm (2-B). 445pm (2-B). 730pm (B).

Up 540am: Partly sunny with temps to upper 20's.

Ordered another batch of patchouli incense. I got it for free and I guess it had something to do with 'bonus points' or something like that. Free is Free.

Watched 'SARAH'S NOTEBOOK' (Netflix). A 'white, blonde and entitled' Spanish woman travels to the heart of central Africa to find her missing sister. Her sister has joined a gang of rebels who are stealing precious resources from the Congo and the entire area is crawling with dangerous and heavily armed paramilitary outfits who are raping & pillaging at will. But because the sister had medical training, she wants to stay 'for the people'. It's an unbelievable premise that this middle class woman would be able to withstand the rigors of such a journey to retrieve a family member because this is Africa at its contemporary worst.  The plot is ridiculous, but the locations in the jungles of Rwanda and the Congo are breathtakingly beautiful.

More of 'NISMAN: The Prosecutor, The President, and the Spy' (Netflix). The AMIA bombing took place on July 18, 1994 in Buenos, Aires, Argentina. A Jewish community center was destroyed and this incident remains the deadliest terrorist attack in Argentine history- 85 people were killed and over 300 were injured. The premise of the documentary is that Argentina has never conclusively proven who was responsible for this heinous act. After numerous investigations, over many years, it's still not clear who bombed the community center or if the 'murder/suicide' of Alberto Nisman was in any way connected to the terrorist attack.

12pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill.

1220pm:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and watched some of BRIAN SIMPSON on J.R.E; began a TUESDAYS WITH STORIES.

Reading 'THE DA VINCI CODE'

350pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and watched more of 'FLINT TOWN' (Netflix).

450pm:  In the tub with 'THE DA VINCI CODE' and listening to HENRY TRREADGILL Playlist; 'Songs From The Big Chair'; TEARS FOR FEARS- 'Songs From The Big Chair'.

Watched more of a WHITNEY CUMMINGS podcast with YANNIS & NORMAND.

Watched another episode of 'FLINT TOWN' (Netflix). Everything that the cops are doing does nothing to make the community any safer. Their major focus seems to be the sale of drugs and that is not really a threat to civilians. Burglaries, assaults, and domestic disputes are the biggest things that have a negative impact on the townspeople. Only three more episodes to go and I wish that I hadn't watched them out of order.
