Up 530am: Cloudy with temps to mid 40's and a 40% chance of rain this afternoon.

Watched 'MAN ON A LEDGE' (Netflix). Not even the slightest bit believable, but still worth a look (barely). A man is out on the ledge of a hotel in midtown Manhattan and says he's going to jump. Actually he, his brother, and his brother's girlfriend are breaking into a vault across the street to steal a diamond as big as a potato and his suicide attempt is merely a diversionary tactic; with Sam Worthington, Elizabeth Banks, Jamie Bell, Anthony Mackie, Edward Burns, Titus Welliver, Kyra Sedgwick, and Ed Harris.  

10am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to hit the treadmill and get in the miles before the 115pm appointment at the Springfield Clinic on 6th.

1010am:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and watched an episode of NIGHTMARE IN SUBURBIA (Amazon Prime)- A woman murdered her husband for a $450,000 insurance death benefit. She forced the man's nephew to do the deed; and began BERT KREISCHER on CLUB RANDOM.

1245pm:  To Springfield Clinic, South 6th. I was back home by 130pm. I have to be at Springfield Clinic at 945am on Tuesday, 1/24 and the procedure is at 11am. When will I be released? Which campus for the procedure? 

4pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and more of BERT KREISCHER on CLUB RANDOM. 

 450pm: In the tub with 'CASS TIMBERLANE' and listening to JOHN MAYALL Playlist; THE MELVINS Playlist. 

Watched 'T H E M' (Amazon Prime). This was the explanation at IMDB, but I didn't get it: "Humans live in a comfortable dream that repeats itself. They control the dream. They were humans once too. Some humans wake up, most don't. Daniel wakes to be told that things could be different. Daniel believes it. For a while at least."
