Up 550am: Last night I read until almost 1030pm and finished 'DETOUR' by Cheryl Crane. Great read and a cut above the usual 'Hollywood Celebrity' bio treatments. Partly sunny with temps to the upper 30's. 

***I think I'm getting a tooth problem; upper left side. I thought that I had just brushed too hard, but I think it's becoming a little more than that. The colonoscopy is 'the' big deal and Rule #1 is that there should be only one fun at a time.

Watched Netflix disc 'X'. (I heard Joe List raving about this movie and he was right on the money) A very classy Slasher Flick that checks all the boxes yet never seems trite or hackneyed. It concerns an amateur film crew who tries to crack the movie business with a raunchy porn film that attempts to  celebrate the aspirations of fine cinema. They travel to a rundown farm in rural Texas to shoot the film and meet the very old and creepy couple that own the property. Mayhem ensues; Mia Goth (she also plays the old hag), Jenna Ortega, Brittany Snow, Kid Cudi, Martin Henderson, and Owen Campbell. Directed by Ti West..."Must be one goddamned fuckedup horror picture"...  

More of the bonus features from 'DAVID CROSBY: Remember My Name'. Cameron Crowe and Crosby answer questions from an audience after they have watched the film.  Crosby's an interesting character, but I can see why he would rub most people the wrong way. He's very opinionated and you can clearly see that he demands his own way. 

1120am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for an afternoon at Planet Fitness. Then a stop at Schnucks for eggs, English muffins, and onions.

445pm: In the tub to begin 'MIRACLE CURE' by HARLAN COBEN and listening to DWAYNE ALLMAN Deluxe Playlist; 'Goat's Head Soup' Deluxe Playlist.

Began 'BITTER DAISIES' (Netflix). A female detective is called to Murias, Spain (Galicia) to investigate the disappearance of a young girl. The final reveal in episode #1 is that they are looking for a serial killer. This is only six episodes and is set near Bilao which is where 'VICTIM NUMBER 8' was shot. And, this one is equally melodramatic.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
