Up 5am: Today I did the five miles before The Morning Movie. 
545am: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched a complete 'TUESDAYS WITH STORIES' and began MARK NORMAND on RICK GLASSMAN'S podcast.

Watched 'BY THE GUN' (Amazon Prime). A sincere attempt to make the 'South Boston Mobster Genre' a little more realistic, a nice try, but it misses more than it hits ; with Ben Batnes, Leighton Meester, Toby Jones, Harvey Keitel, and Paul Ben-Victor (THE WIRE).  Shot Pawtucket and Providence, Rhode Island.

And gave 'THE TRIAL' (Netflix) another chance. The only thing holding my interest is that the courtroom drama is taking place in a Northern Italian court. If it was the American judicial system it wouldn't be half as compelling. Shut it down 19 minutes into episode #3.

1130am: PC is 'Off' and preparing to walk the last two miles and do the weights. I plan to leave for North 1st about 115pm for the 140pm appointment. 

1140am:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT and more of MARK NORMAND on RICK GLASSMAN.

I left at 110pm and learned that the appointment was canceled.  I don't see Agnes Fenner until  late Summer-  8/28/23 at 135 at 800 N. 1st.

Began NEAL BRENNAN on 'Flagrant'.

More of 'THE TRIAL' (Netflix).  I finished episode #4 and I still don't know why the rock star committed suicide. And, the defense lawyer is actually the mother of the murdered girl and she's still keeping this from the court? Even in Italy, wouldn't this create a mistrial?
