***Last night was a very, very restless night's rest. I smoked a small bong to relax before I got into bed and my feet became so cold that it was preventing me from sleeping. I got up and rubbed muscle cream on both feet and bumped the electric blanket up to '8'. I still don't know what caused the unusually cold feeling in the extremities , but I couldn't fall asleep. 

Up 705am: Partly cloudy with temps to mid 40's.

Watched Netflix disc 'NOPE'. A UFO movie with a touch of horror. A remote horse ranch in the west is the scene of an extraterrestrial visitation. It's just a physical manifestation of pure HUNGER and blood will rain down! What a pleasant surprise. Yesterday evening I was surprised that Janny had seen this one and I couldn't get her to categorize it. Now I understand because this was certainly something very different and high marks for unrelenting dread; with Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer, Brandon Perea, Michael Wincott, and Steven Yeun. 23 wins & 141 nominations. Directed by Jordan Peele.   

Running behind because I got up so late. 

1150am: PC is 'Off' and will do the weights and then to Planet Fitness for this afternoon.

1255pm: To Wabash PO & Planet Fitness. 45"Cross.  45"Treadmill.  30"Bike.  30"Treadmill.  30"Cross;  watched the first episode of 'MY LOVER MY KILLER' ( Netflix)- Twenty four year old woman from northern England is stalked by her boyfriend and then he kills her; more of MATT TAIBBI on J.R.E. ; watched a 20.min documentary '

'A MAN RETURNED' (Netflix)-  A lame 20 minute documentary about a Palestinian junkie who gets hitched; more J.R.E. 

450pm: In the tub with 'GUILTY WIVES' and listening to THE BLACK CROWES- 'Southern Harmony'; 'Live at the Lone Star- DANKO, MANUEL, & BUTTERFIELD'. 

I finished 'CALIPHATE' (Netflix). Suicide vests come with a lock and key so that the user cannot change their mind. A truly compelling series and there is no need for a second season, but I wish there was more content about life in an ISIS controlled nation.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
