Watched 'AMBULANCE' (Amazon Prime). Films by Michael Bay are convoluted, intricate, and almost farcical with chiched characters and unconvincing storylines yet thoroughly entertaining because we are only watching for the 'boom-boom'; Jake Gyllenhaal, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Eliza Gonzalez, and Garret Dillahunt. "A pleasing experience, but you'll hate yourself in the morning". 

1045am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. I realized after watching a YouTube video on 'lubricating your treadmill', that the machine has been cleaned, tightened, and oiled and should give me no problems until the belt is replaced.

 1110am:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; the first episode of 'REAL CRIMES: Nowhere To Hide (Amazon Prime). An Indian man rapes & murders a South Hampton woman and flees back to India. Over six years later he's doing 25 to life; finished a TUESDAYS WITH STORIES.

***Just as I was running the bath water I got a call from Tony, the treadmill repairman. The belt arrived and he will be here tomorrow at 830am. 

445pm:  In the tub with 'THE SECOND SON' and listening to CHICAGO; THE WHO Live.

I finished 'THE SECOND SON' and got (instantly) 'Stranger In A Strange Land' by ROBERT HEINLEIN from Amazon on Kindle; $4.99. That's my next book to read. 

Began 'TWO CATALONIAS' (Netflix).  Catalonia is a region of Spain in name only and many of its citizens feel they should be independent from Spain. In 2010 Catalonians  voted in a referendum to become independent of Spain, but Spanish authorities did not recognize this outcome. I will definitely see the end of this fascinating documentary. I shut it down after 1 hr. and 16 minutes.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
