Watched 'PROJECT POWER' (Netflix).  It looked as if I had already seen this film because it asked if I wanted to 'resume', but after watching it this morning I remembered absolutely zero, so this was my first time. I picked the movie because I wanted to see more films starring Dominique Fishback and she turned out to be the only bright spot in the movie.  A secret government operation involves dealing a new 'super-drug' on the streets of The Big Easy and the plan is to use the people of New Orleans as lab rats. The drug allows the user to tap into his 'hidden' powers but too much could blow his head off. This is a fair to middling Action Film, but the best parts are Dominique Fishback's 'raps'; with Jamie Foxx, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Dominique Fishback, and Amy Landecker (TRANSPARENT, THE HANDMAID'S TALE).

Watched a 28" Netflix short film called 'THE JOYS AND SORROWS OF YOUNG YUGUO'.  A Chinese high school student loves Romanian literature and he's elated when he is accepted at a university in Bacau, Romania- at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains. He loves the school and the people, but he is killed in a railroad accident after only 80 days. An engaging short film that was just long enough.  

1055am: I was going to turn off the PC but realized that I hadn't written the chat so I wrote it up and sent it off.

1140am: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished 'MONEY SHOT: The Pornhub Story' (Netflix); more of ANDREW HUBERMAN on J.R.E.

More 'WRONG SIDE OF THE TRACKS' (Netflix). I finished episode #5 and the series ends at 8. "I'm gonna miss you when you're gone."

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
