Up 540am: Showers begin about 8am and continue intermittently through the day with temps to low 50's. 

Watched 'LUTHER: The Fallen Sun'.  Unfortunately it's only a very slightly above average crime/thriller. A psychotic web designer (?) is trying to establish an authentic 'Redrum' on the Internet. To accomplish his goal he scans the web for compromising information on people and then forces them to do his bidding or he will release their shameful secrets. Seems like he could have figured out an easier way; with Idris Elba, Cynthia Erivo, Dermot Crowley, and Andy Serkis.  

Finished the last half hour of 'A FUTILE AND STUPID GESTURE' (Netflix). The film is a ham-fisted attempt to make a light and entertaining comedy out of the tragic life of Doug Kenney. The tone for this picture was all wrong and the excesses didn't seem fun or meaningful, just pointless. 

Watched some YouTube videos about applying the treadmill belt lubricant. I think I'll do the walk first and then take a shot at the lube (tomorrow).

1215pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill.

Finished 'TILL DEATH DO US PART' by VINCIENT BUGLIOSI. 

355pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began JOE ROGAN on BREAKING BREAD- TOM PAPA. 

450pm: In the tub to begin 'BROTHER ODD' by DEAN KOONTZ and listening to BONNIE & DELANEY-'Accept No Substitute'; FUNKADELIC Playlist. 

Watched a YouTube video about CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA.

Began 'THE INTERVIEW' (Netflix). Two 'sensationalist' journalists get a chance to travel to North Korea and interview 'The Supreme Leader'.  Silly and lots of funny situations with Falco and Rogan bouncing crazy dialogue back and forth. Shut it down at 1 hour and 5 minutes.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
