Up 6am: (Buddy was retching outside the bedroom door. I fed him and he seems OK). Mostly sunny with temps to about 40.

***9am: I called 'Lock Doctor' and they should be out between 10am-11am to fix the strike plate alignment on the downstairs door; $70? (955am-1005am) No, it was $80 for literally two minutes of grinding, but the door closes properly. 

Watched Netflix disc 'THE UNBEARABLE WEIGHT OF MASSIVE TALENT'. Nick Cage plays a version of himself who wants to be taken more seriously as an 'actor of massive talent'. He gets invited to entertain a billionaire on his birthday and the man pays Cage a million dollars just to attend the affair. After a kidnapping scheme in Catalonia involving a fifteen year old girl and the involvement of the CIA,  mayhem ensues. This was very funny, and I put 'PADDINGTON' in my queue at Netflix; with Nicolas Cage, Pedro Pascal, Tiffany Haddish, Sharon Horgan, Paco Leon, Neil Patrick Harris, and Demi Moore. . In the film Cage claims that 'PADDINGTON 2' is one of his favorite movies and I was surprised to see that it got an '88 Metascore' at IMDB. Then watched the 'Bonus Feature' of the interview with the cast and director at SXSW- 2022.

11am: PC is 'Off' and will leave early and hit the license place first and then to Planet Fitness.  

No weights today

1135am: On the road to Pine Street.

***$151 No wait for the paperwork & I applied the sticker on the my license plate. I parked 3 blocks north of the facility. On the way out I took a nice hit on the 'travel pipe'.

1215pm: On the machines at Planet Fitness.  45"Cross.  45"Treadmill.  30"Bike.  30"Treadmill.  30"Cross; more of DAISY JONES & THE SIX;  JOEY'S JOINT. 

455pm: In the tub with 'TILL DEATH DO US PART' and listening to VAN MORRISON; BECKOLOGY Playlist. 

Began WHITNEY CUMMINGS & TIM DILLON on 'Something's Burning'.

***I checked for Windows Updates on the downstairs PC and it said I was up to date, but in a few minutes I noticed that I was asked to restart. Done in less than five minutes.

Began 'A GIRL AND AN ASTRONAUT' (Netflix). Polish SciFi about an astronaut believed 'lost in space' thirty years ago comes back and he hasn't aged a day. The astronaut's lover has married his best friend and he wants to be back with his old squeeze. This series is just weird enough to hold my attention even though I struggle to keep up with what is going on.   Shut it down 31 minutes into episode #2.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
