I watered the flowers out front and this was the first time using the new hose.

Watched Netflix disc  'JUDAS AND THE BLACK MESSIAH'. The story of Fred Hampton, leader of the Chicago chapter of the Black Panther Party. The FBI had an agent that acted as Fred's driver and the feds were doing everything to destroy the Panthers including Hampton's execution. The film implies that the murders of Martin Luther King and Malcolm X were also orchestrated by J. Edgar Hoover; with LaKeith Stanfield, Daniel Kaluuya, Jesse Plemons, Dominique Fishback, and Martin Sheen (as J. Edgar Hoover). Won 2 Oscars; 45 wins & 82 nominations. "85" Metascore.

950am: PC is 'Off' and will read for a bit and then walk downtown to mail back the disc and get information about applying for a US passport at the Monroe PO.

Began 'The Church of What's Happening' with JOE ROGAN.

***650pm: I noticed the PC was requesting a re-start. It took two minutes and I'm up to date. Why doesn't the upstairs PC do this? 

More of 'THE CONSULTANT' (Amazon Prime).  I shut it down 15 minutes into episode #5. You don't know what's really going on, but the 'unease & seductive weirdness' is through the roof. The series is taken from a novel by Bentley Little and I'd like to read something by this guy. The library has many of his books on audio through Hoopla.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
