Up 615am: Partly sunny and breezy with temps to upper 70's.

***Buddy kept his food down all night.

Began 'OUT OF AFRICA' (Netflix). I was going to split this up, but it was so good I watched in one sitting. {Karen Blixen, Pen Name- 'Isak Dinesen}... "I had a farm in Africa, at the foot of the Ngong Hills..." A beautiful story that's very romantic and not the slightest bit sentimental; with Meryl Streep & Robert Redford. Won 7 Oscars; 30 wins & 27 Nominations. '69' Metascore.  

1055am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then another walk to Washington Park.

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps.

***Got an email from Janny that they're having a cookout on Sunday. Jonas is running a 400 meter race in Chatham and then everyone goes back to Red Bud to celebrate her 72nd birthday. I'll be there at 1230pm on Sunday. 

 1205pm: To Washington Park. Parkview, Wash. Pk northside, Walnut, Leland, Lincoln, Outer Park, Wiggins, Wash. Pk. southside, up the hill, Parkview, Fairway, and up to 940...TWO HOURS...a little BLACK CROWES but mostly the audiobook 'RUNNING THE LIGHT' by SAM TALLENT.

440pm: In the tub with 'THE FOOTPRINTS OF GOD' and listening to KING CRIMSON Playlist; SUGAR - 'Copper Blue' Playlist; URGE OVERKILL- 'Saturation'.

Finished 'TUESDAYS WITH STORIES' 

Finished 'FLORIDA MAN' (Netflix). I'm not even close to understanding the details of how & why it happened, but well worth the slight confusion. I don't think there will be another season but I hope whoever wrote the series has done more work along these lines.

The last episode of 'BETTER CALL SAUL' (Netflix).  Finished episode #12 and only one more remains but it's 69 minutes. The black and white episodes are very strange and give the characters room to stretch.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
