Watched 'LUCKIEST GIRL ALIVE' (Netflix). TifAnie FaNelli vindicates her participation in the school shooting and gets revenge with the boy that raped her; with Mila Kunis, Chiara Aurelia, Connie Britton, and Scoot McNairy. I think the film was better than the book.

Wrote the Chat about the sale of Bob & Carol's house and 'LUCKIEST GIRL ALIVE' book & movie.

***Buddy threw up around 220pm,  but ate some Friskies at 3pm. He seems OK. 

350pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished PETE HOLMES on 'Blocks'; began ANDREW SCHULZ on THEO VON. 

440pm:  In the tub with 'MANHATTAN IS MY BEAT' and listening to ELVIS COSTELLO- 'The Boy Named If'/ 'GOODBYE CRUEL WORLD'/ 'King Of America'.

Finished 'WAR SAILOR' (Netflix). A great cinematic tribute to  the Norwegian merchant marine and without their sacrifice the Allies would have lost the war. The series was sad, poignant, and kind of grim.

Began 'TURN OF THE TIDE' (Netflix). I shut it down 11 minutes into episode #1. Set on the Azores Islands off the coast of Portugal. Checked out photos on Google Maps for the Azores and it looks like paradise. I never really heard of people going there, but it certainly is a beautiful place.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
