Watched 'THE MOTHER' (Netflix). This cinematic curiosity would be embarrassing even as a comic book... Stabbed in the gut while 8 months pregnant and mom and baby are OK ...bathroom explosion from a plastic bottle with a candle in the top...A fiery explosion and she sits in the shower with the water running and is fully protected...Jams a Bowie knife in the ignition and the engine roars to life...Stabbed in the back with (another) Bowie knife and is able to run for miles...and on and on; with Jennifer Lopez, Joseph Fiennes, Gael Garcia Bernal, Omari Hardwick, and Edie Falco.

Best Line: "Sometimes powerful people want things that are not on the menu".

***I can definitely feel the 10 mgs but it's more of an 'edge' and isn't as good as smoking...I think. It's been over two hours since I took the second one, and I'll take one gummy with me to the sale. I'm not sure if I'll visit the pot shop although I have two hundred in cash. Apparently I had withdrawn the money and hadn't made it to the shop.

Reading 'DARK SACRED NIGHT'

345pm: TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began STEVEN WRIGHT on BILL BURR'S Podcast.

445pm:  In the tub with 'DARK SACRED NIGHT' and listening to JOHN LURIE Playlist;  LOUNGE LIZARDS Playlist; ZZ TOP- '3 Hombres'; FREE Playlist.

***Internet Speed Test indicated a very slow connection- Not even to 10 mbps.

More of 'MUTED' (Netflix). I shut it down six minutes into episode #4. I still don't understand why they are able to let this guy out on any type of rehabilitation or parole.  The facts of the case is that he brutally murdered his parents. Even in Spain you wouldn't get parole after a double homicide. 

***The speed continued to be very slow until I shut down for the night and never got above 10 mbps.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
