Up 520am: Cloudy & breezy with temps to upper 70's. Possibility of severe thunderstorms later this afternoon- over an inch of rain could fall (not much this afternoon, but more rain beginning after 9pm tonight). 

Wrote up 'THE FOOTPRINTS OF GOD' by Greg Iles.

Watched Netflix disc 'TRIANGLE OF SADNESS'.  It's a satirical profile of the Very Rich with Woody Harrelson as the captain of an exclusive chartered yacht who imparts various drunken positions on Capitalism & Communism. "The only places that Communism works is in heaven, where it isn't needed and hell, where you already have it".  The yacht is attacked by pirates and a cross section of the crew (proletariat) and passengers (nobility) are shipwrecked on a deserted island and then survival of the fittest becomes the philosophy of the day. Sharp, inciteful, and flatout hilarious; with Woody Harrelson. Nominated for 3 Oscars; 21 wins & nominations. Began Netflix disc 'DECISION TO LEAVE'.  Stylized Neo Noir Thriller from Korea.

1130am: PC is 'Off' and will do the weights and then hit Planet Fitness; return 'THE TRIANGLE OF SADNESS'.

1225pm: To Planet Fitness. 45" Cross.  45"Treadmill.  30"Bike.  30"Treadmill.  30"Cross;  watched a documentary style tale about a lonely London electrician. Very well done. 'THE ELECTRICIAN' (Amazon Prime); 74"; finished DAVE SMITH on J.R.E.; began PAULY SHORE on J.R.E.; began GEOFFREY ASMUS on SKEPTIC TANK. 

445pm:  In the tub with 'KINFLICKS' and listening to ASHRA- 'Blackouts' Playlist; FACES- 'The First Step'; PJ HARVEY- 'Rid Of Me'/ 'Dry'. 

Watched more of Netflix disc 'DECISION TO LEAVE'. I rushed this film to get it done so that I can mail it back tomorrow.    Shut it down at 1hr 40 minutes (near the end of chapter 8) with 38 minutes left to go. 

I watched a ten minute review of 'DECISION TO LEAVE' and I'm a little more confident about what I've seen so far, but some confusion remains.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
