745am: To Pot Shop and home by 810am. I asked about The Rewards Program and didn't get a believable answer. They did admit that there were problems with the website. $219 for (four 3.5g-  hybrid/ indica). 

Watched 'MOTHER'S DAY' (Netflix). A female super-agent drops cover and goes back into the field when she learns that her son (she gave up for adoption) has been kidnapped by a violent Polish criminal organization. Lots of 'boom-boom' and artful fisticuffs with no new ground broken, but elegantly done. Filmed in and around Warsaw, Poland. 

1110am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then hit Planet Fitness.

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps. 

12pm:  To Planet Fitness...45"Cross.  45"Treadmill.  30"Bike. 30"Treadmill.  30"Cross...finished 'THE CONSULTANT' (Amazon Prime). I hope there will be a season #2 that includes Cristoph Walz; began 'MODERN LOVE' (Amazon Prime); more of ARI SHAFFIR on HONEY DEW. 

Reading 'LUCKIEST GIRL ALIVE'

 440pm:  In the tub and finished 'LUCKIEST GIRL ALIVE' and listening to XTC; LUCINDA WILLIAMS Playlist; FEVER TREE Playlist.

I was surprised to learn that 'LUCKIEST GIRL ALIVE'  has been made into a film and it is streamable on Netflix. I'll watch this tomorrow morning before I write up the book for the blog. 

Began 'WAR SAILOR' (Netflix). A nautical tale of what it was like to be in the Norwegian merchant marine during WWII. Hundreds of vessels from Norway were sunk by Nazi U boats and this film focuses on the non-military men and women who worked on the ships. This is a classy and artful production and I will definitely see this one through to the end.  I shut it down 8 minutes into episode #2.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
