Up 550am: Cloudy and very warm with temps to upper 80's and rain beginning early this afternoon.

***Did the vacuuming but no dusting

Finished Netflix disc 'DECISION TO LEAVE'. No doubt a classic film and I hope that I see it again sometime in the future. 'Once you declare your love, your love ends and mine begins'...Mountains vs. The Sea; " A wise man loves the sea, a benevolent man loves the mountains".

Began 'THE SECRET OF THE GRECO FAMILY' (Netflix). A family that specializes in kidnapping is a novel idea and I'm ready for episode #2. 

925 am: The PC is 'Off' and I'm going to do 5 miles on the treadmill before heading out to Red Bud around noon. I'll hit the vitamin store when I leave later this afternoon. 

 940am:  FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began 'JUDY BLUME FOREVER' (Amazon Prime).  Shut it down at 1 hrs. 16 mins; more PAULY SHORE on J.R.E. 

1205pm- 135pm ***PANIC ATTACK***I arrived about 1235pm and talked with Joe while he was grilling. Felt a little high, and when I went inside it got a little weird, but I felt it was nothing. And then, at about 120 pm I felt...I'VE GOT TO GET OUT OF HERE... I don't really know what brought it on, but it was like you could cut the tension with a knife and I just had to get out NOW! This psychological peak occurred almost two hours after I ate the gummies. 

It was weird that I did not have any apprehension about driving, even with the stereo blaring Parliament. I wasn't paranoid and I didn't think police cars were out to stop me and I was able to drive responsibly with complete confidence. It was just that I had to get out of that house. Strange and that was only 15 mgs!  The whole edible thing is not like smoking reefer. The high is not totally different but different enough. So far I am not a fan. 

Vitamin store - And I thought I was completely in the clear, but I almost blanked out on my pin number for the debit card. 

210pm: I wanted to go for a nice long walk in Washington Park, but when I crossed Chatham road I noticed heavy weather moving in from the southwest. It looked like I wouldn't make it back to the house in time, but all the bad weather seemed to pass over 'The Oaks'. Only about a twenty minute walk, but it was a pretty brisk pace on the turnaround at Chatham road. 

Reading 'KINFLICKS'

445 pm: In the tub with 'KINFLICKS' and listening to SUPER SESSION- 'Stills/ Kooper'; BLOOD SWEAT & TEARS- 'Child Is Father...'/ 'Blood Sweat & Tears 1969).

***While in the tub I noticed that Janny had emailed me about 240pm and I didn't see it. I was writing a reply and she called at about 545pm. I blamed my sudden departure on 'intestinal distress'/ 'diarrhea & constipation'. It was a weird day, but I'm convinced it would have been much weirder if I had a complete meltdown in front of the entire Brandenburg clan.

Between 1982 and 1985, patriarch Arquimedes Puccio, sons Alejandro and Daniel and three of his acquaintances teamed up to kidnap four people, eventually murdering three of their abductees
