Up 510am: Cloudy with a chance of showers this afternoon and temps to about 80 (Not a drop so far: 7pm).

Watched 'AKA' (Netflix). An emotionally troubled French cop goes undercover to infiltrate a criminal enterprise and forms an attachment with the crime boss's  family. Very brutal and excellent theatrical gunplay, and the cops are even more bloodthirsty than the villains. In the first section of the film the undercover cop attacks a terrorist cell that has kidnapped a whistleblower. He kills everyone in sight including the whistleblower. It looks as if the French have almost no protection from overreach by the authorities. Filmed in 'Isle de France'- Translate: 'The Island of France' which refers to the areas including and surrounding Paris. There have been a million of these types of films, yet this one is one of the better ones. I liked it! 

Watched the last 20 minutes of 'JUDY BLUME FOREVER' (Amazon Prime). It's amazing that she has saved so much of the correspondence from her fans. I don't think I've ever seen a Judy Blume book, but I'll keep an eye out and give one of her novels a shot. 

1045am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to hit Esporta and then to Schnucks for soda/ Natty LIght/ cat food.

445pm:  In the tub with 'KINFLICKS' and listening to ORNETTE COLEMAN- 'The Music You Need'; BLOOD SWEAT & TEARS Playlist.

More 'THE SECRET OF THE GRECO FAMILY' (Netflix).  This is over the top lurid and the body count is astonishing. It seems like it could have been shot with an Iphone but this only adds to the intensity. Shut it down at 35 minutes into the final episode with 31 minutes left to go.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
