Up 530am: Bright & sunny with temps near 80.

Buddy threw up a hairball at 430am but he gobbled down his Friskies (545am) and has kept it down. He's been 100%- ravenous all day. 

Watched 'SYNCHRONIC' (Netflix). I vaguely remember seeing this but the premise is intriguing and I'm hoping it will be worth a second viewing (it was)... THE PREMISE: "Time is like the grooves on a record and 'Synchronic' is like the needle. The user has seven minutes in a different 'time' and where you take the drug determines where you will be in 'time'". However, to go back to the correct 'time' to rescue his friend's daughter is absurd. There is no way that he could pinpoint a relevant instant in 'time' out of the infinite possibilities; with Anthony Mackie and Jamie Dornan. 

930am: PC is 'Off' and will read for a bit and then attack the lawn and back garden with the weed wacker....ha ha ha... 

1015am: Finished 'MISSING YOU' by HARLAN COBEN and made some notes on the book.

No Weights Today

1030am:  Mowing the lawn. 

***Breakdown 1110am: I think I caught a branch and it pulled out the cable from the engine to the 'suicide handle' on the mower. Why is this any safer than a mower that does not force you to hold on to the handle?  

Called Nextdoor repair guy: Mark Shepherd. 

1155am: To Washington Park. Parkview,  Wash.Pk southside,  Wiggins,  Outer Park, Lincoln, Wash.Pk northside, up the hill,  Parkview, Fairway,  and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 35 MINUTES...finished the quantum physicist on J.R.E. 

When I got back from the walk I remembered a line from a movie that I saw recently...A guy's outgoing message: "Don't be old. Text like a normal person"

315pm: texted with Shepherd and he'll pick up the mower tomorrow after 5pm.

4am:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began JOEY DIAZ on KFC RADIO  

455pm: In the tub with 'BLOOD FEUD' and listening to KING CRIMSON- 'Live Chicago 2017'/ 'Lizard'.

More of 'THE FINAL SCORE' (Netflix). Shut it down 23 minutes into episode #3. This series qualifies as 'so bad it's good' but I'll probably continue.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
