***620am: Took three 5 mg gummies. I'm still looking for the proper dosage because I want some idea of what I can expect. The 'May Seventh Anxiety Attack' is something that I don't want to repeat. On an empty stomach they kick in fast and I felt a 'charge' by 7am and just a couple of bong hits to mellow it down ez. 810am: I took another 5 mg gummy and three was a nice buzz (to start): Total of 20 mg today.  

Watched 'THE SWIMMERS' (Netflix). Two sisters escape wartorn Syria to emigrate to Germany. One of the sisters had hopes of competing in the Olympics and this dream kept her from giving up hope. It sounds corny, but it worked. The scene of bombs falling on a swim meet was really a show-stopper.  Based on real events. The 'non-swimming' sister decided to devote her life to aiding the refugees and she's facing a twenty year prison sentence by Greek authorities. 

1015am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to walk to Heartland and get two hundred from the ATM or the teller. Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps

145pm- 215pm: Cut back saplings growing out of the fence in the back right corner & trimmed the fence along the old lady's property. 

Finished 'DARK SACRED NIGHT' by MICHAEL CONNELLY & began 'LUCKIEST GIRL ALIVE' by JESSICA KNOLL.

345pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; more of MS. PAT on J.R.E. 

445pm:  In the tub with 'LUCKIEST GIRL ALIVE' and listening to MILES DAVIS- 'Double Image'; JACK DEJOHNETTE Playlist.

Began 'THE BARRIER' (Netflix). I rewatched episode #1 and although I had seen it before, I didn't retain 99% of it. But, it's a Spanish series so I'll give it another shot.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
