****Buddy threw up sometime last night on the rug outside of the bedroom door. He seemed fine and ate Friskies and dry food with no problems at his breakfast.

I decided to continue with the series I began last night.

More 'TURN THE TIDE' (Netflix).  A noteworthy Portuguese production.  Filmed in São Miguel, Azores, Portugal; clever & funny- well done!  I shut it down 5 minutes into episode #3. 

845am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the treadmill before the visit to N. 1st.

9am: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; a complete TUESDAYS WITH STORIES;  more BERT KREISCHER on J.R.E. 

1115am: To 900 1st. Waited for doc till 1230pm & out by 1pm.  A mini-class on the makeup of blood cells. Mostly the staff calms you down about the 'Cancer Center' sign in the lobby. Very depressing. I was easily the most fit person in the room and probably older than most of the other relics. Stopped at County Market for iron pills but not ready till tomorrow.

445pm:  In the tub with 'MANHATTAN IS MY BEAT' and listening to MILES DAVIS QUINTET Playlist;  JAMES CHANCE Playlist;  Early JETHRO TULL Playlist.

More 'TURN OF THE TIDE' (Netflix). Priest gets drunk because of his guilt over having sex with the flamboyant gay guy and they both snort cocaine to enable the priest to celebrate the mass.  The priest dramatically collapses on the pulpit. Wild... I shut it down 26 minutes into episode #4.

Fun Fact: The Azores are 950 miles west of Portugal

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
