Watched Netflix disc 'THE BANSHEES OF INISHERIN'. The film is set on a tiny island off the coast of Ireland in 1922. A man tells his old friend that he doesn't want anything more to do with him. He now finds his friend 'dull' and he declares their relationship finished. Mayhem ensues; with Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson, Kerry Condon, and Barry Keoghan. Nominated for 9 Oscars. 138 wins & 340 nominations. "87" Metascore. A review at IndieWire: "... The Banshees of Inisherin is a dark movie that is often downright hilarious."

I watched two YouTube reviews and neither reviewer mentioned the dead body floating in the lake that was found by the old lady in black. 

Watched more of 'THE BARRIER' (Netflix). I shut it down 23 minutes into episode #2. 

1025am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then to Planet Fitness for the workout. On the way home I'll stop at Schnucks for Natty Light/ Diet ginger ale/ Friskies.

1115am: To Planet Fitness & mail Netflix disc...45"Cross. 45"Treadmill.  30"Bike.  30"Treadmill.  30"Cross...watched complete true crime 'VICTIM/  SUSPECT' (Netflix)- Police use 'ruse' to clear rape cases. If she recants the rape case is cleared and she can be charged with filing a false police report; SHANE GILLIS on Flagrant; 'CRIME SCENE SOLVERS' (Amazon Prime)- French developer, his wife, and 3 young children are murdered in the family's chalet. The scene was clean until police used Luminol and then a blood bath was revealed.

More 'THE BARRIER' (Netflix).  I shut it down 32 minutes into episode #3. Now it feels a little like a Spanish 'HANDMAID'S TALE'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
