Up 5am: Mostly sunny with temps to mid 70's. According to my rain gauge we got less than a half inch of rain yesterday, so I watered the flowers again this morning.

***When I awoke at 5am Buddy threw up clear liquid, but he ate Friskies and dry food without further problems. 

Watched 'A BEAUTIFUL LIFE' (Netflix). Possibly the lamest 'rags to riches' saga I've seen. Danish fisherman becomes a rockstar in Denmark and then conquers Europe. His evil best friend burns down his boat and he gets his hot producer pregnant, but nothing can keep this boy down. Corny and very 'Hallmark-sih' and very forgettable. 

Began 'DANCING ON THE GRAVE' (Amazon Prime). Watched/ napped through three episodes. An influential and rich Indian woman divorces her diplomat husband and takes up with a crooked swami. He is accused of burying her alive under the patio in his house. Only one more episode and I think I'll finish this tonight. (Didn't happen) 

Wrote 'The Chat' and then decided to hit Esporta and watch the rest of  'SHINY HAPPY PEOPLE'. It's getting late and I'll do a long walk tomorrow.

1210pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing to hit Esporta.

1240pm:  To Esporta...45" Precor.  45"Treadmill.  30"Cross.  30" Recumbent Bike.  30" Precor;  finished 'SHINY HAPPY PEOPLE' (Amazon Prime); MARK NORMAND podcast; began 'TRUE CRIME STORY:Indefensible' (Amazon Prime).

Stopped at Green for a car wash.

445pm: In the tub with 'CONFEDERATES' and listening to BLUE CHEER: History of BLUE CHEER Playlist; HEARTBREAKERS: 'L.A.M.F- box set'.

I watched more of MARK NORMAND on 'Modern Wisdom'.

Began a British series on Amazon Prime, 'ENDEAVOUR' (Amazon Prime). Surprisingly good! Set (and filmed) in Oxford, England, 1965 and concerns the early police career of Inspector Endeavour Morse. I shut it down 57 minutes into the first episode.

Still unseasonably warm with a mix of sun & clouds. Watched 'MAGPIE' (Kanopy- borrowed 2 days ago).  It's basically a tale of 'Adultery & Revenge' although this isn't made clear until the last few minutes of the film. A wealthy couple live in a modern villa in the English countryside. He's a successful author, she is a housewife (she used to be in publishing) and their young daughter is co-starring in a big budget film that's being shot  near their home. Dad falls 'in lust' for the female star of the film, but his wife is several moves ahead. "69" Metascore and I would boost that to "80".
