Up 530am: Bright & sunny with temps only to about 80.

Trying to catch up on selections at Peacock-TV because this streaming service will be dropped by Xfinity at the end of the month. 

Watched 'A THOUSAND AND ONE' (Peacock-TV). A woman from Harlem kidnaps her son from foster care to give him a better life. The kid excels, but 'the big reveal' is that she isn't the boy's biological mother, but she found him unattended on the street and kept him. More realistic and authentic than most films about living on the bottom rung of the economic ladder.

Finished 'VORTEX' (Netflix).  Fantastic Ending: Slowly their hands reach out to touch each other because now they are in the real world of 2025 and not in Virtual Reality. 

The guy next door had his lawn mowed this morning and I think I'll do mine later this afternoon. Soonest rain is predicted for late Saturday night, so we'll all burn out together. No mow today but I did chop some clover out front. The area is much more flammable than merely dry.

1040am: PC is 'Off' and preparing for Five Miles on the treadmill. 

1105am: FIVE MILES AT 4.0 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; a complete TUESDAYS WITH STORIES; more of  TAL WILKENFELD on WTF.

445pm:  In the tub with 'CONFEDERATES' and listening to STEELY DAN; TRAFFIC Playlist; DRIVE-BY TRUCKERS Playlist. 

Finished THEO VON with JOE ROGAN & began BILL BURR with KENNY ARONOFF.

Began 'TOUR DE FRANCE' (Netflix). I thought that the Tour De France was just a long bike race, but it is made up of 21 different 'stages' (races) with 8 man teams competing. In the first race the fastest rider did 13 miles in just over fifteen minutes. That's about 50 mph through the streets of Copenhagen in the rain. I shut it down 18 minutes into episode #2.
