Up 550am: A mix of sun & clouds with temps to just over 80.

***Another puddle of vomit with hairballs on the hallway rug near the beer/soda closet. Buddy seems fine and no sign of lethargy. 

Watched 'OUTLAWS' (Netflix). A young man falls in with a bad crowd and becomes an armed bank robber. He's attracted to the crew boss's girlfriend but too afraid to cross the boss. In the final reel we learn that she wasn't the boss's girlfriend, but his sister. 11 wins & 18 nominations. Set in the late 1970's and filmed in and around Barcelona, the Catalonia region of northeastern Spain. I'd give it a 'C-plus'. 

1045am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights (new plan using dumbbells) and then walk to Washington Park a little early today. 

1155am: To Washington Park...Parkview,  Wash.Pk southside,  Bates,  Outer Park,  Lincoln,  Leland,  Walnut,  Wash.Pk northside,  up the hill,  Parkview, Fairway,  and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 50 MINUTES...JEFF BECK GROUP,  FUNKADELIC,  more of GAD SAAD on J.R.E.

515pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began MARK NORMAND on a strange YouTube podcast. 

610pm: In the tub with 'THE BARON' and listening to DAVID BOWIE Playlist.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
