Sa 10/7/23- New Batch BANANA DADDY
740am (2-B). 905am (1-SB).1230pm (2-B). [NEW BATCH] 550pm (2-B). 815pm (2-B).
Up 610am: Mostly sunny and cool with temps barely to 60.
Watched 'THE CELL' (Kanopy). In the near future scientists discover a way to create a telepathic union between two people. An FBI agent enlists the aid of a sultry researcher to employ this experimental technique to explore the mind of a madman and find the location of his latest kidnap victim. Beautiful and horrifying scenes inside the 'mind meld'; with Jennifer Lopez, Vince Vaughn, Vincent D'Onofrio, Dylan Baker, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Jake Weber (HOMELAND), and Dean Norris (BREAKING BAD). 1 Oscar nomination; 9 wins & 29 nominations. Roger Ebert gave this a '100' and said it was one of the best films of the year (2000), but the film only got a "40" Metascore at IMDB.
More 'THE INNOCENT' (Netflix). I shut it down 15 minutes into episode #7. Just the hint of an overarching storyline because there are just too many characters and connections. There are enough storylines for four or five movies in this series.
1145am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights, hit Esporta, and then pick up this month's supply of vitamins at the Supplement Store.
Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps; Dumbbells
1240pm: To Esporta...45" Precor. 45"Treadmill. 30"Cross. 30"Bike. 30" Precor; watched 'THE BOURNE IDENTITY' (Amazon Prime)- Lots of chop-socky and boom-boom but more well done than the usual movie in this genre; finished episode #7 of 'THE INNOCENT' (Netflix).
405pm: To vitamin shop; $71 plus mint powder.
***Buddy sick on kitchen table/ floor. Last night he was sick, but it was a hairball issue.
Reading 'THE COLOR OF LIGHT'
***NEW BATCH: Ozone Banana Daddy
6pm: In the tub 'THE COLOR OF LIGHT' and listening to JETHRO TULL- 'Early Albums'; J. GEILS BAND Playlist.
More of SEXYY RED on THEO VON.
Finished 'THE INNOCENT' (Netflix). The father of the boy that was accidentally killed in the fight was the 'bad actor'. But the anti-hero definitely killed the man in a prison fight. He threw him off the walkway but he was being attacked and clearly selfdefense. Not a bad series, but maybe Harlan Coben's book is better.
