745am (2-B). 955am (1-B). 550pm (2-B). 820pm (2-B). 

Up 630am: Bright and sunny with temps to upper 80's.

Did the 'Weekly Cleaning', just vacuuming/ mopping, but no dusting.

750am: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched more of 'BAND OF BROTHERS' (Netflix).

1/2 of Weights; not into it.   

Watched 'ICE COLD: Murder, Coffee and Jessica Wongso' (Netflix). In January of 2016 a woman died after meeting friends for coffee at the Grand Indonesia shopping mall in Jakarta, Indonesia. One of her friends was convicted of poisoning her coffee, but many believe that the police and authorities colluded to place blame without clear cut evidence or motive. This was the biggest televised trial in Indonesian media history and equal to the OJ Simpson case in the United States. An Indonesian murder trial is not based on the jury system. It consists of three judges that deliberate on evidence from defense counselors and prosecuting attorneys.  

More of 'FUGITIVA' (Netflix). I finished episode #3 and there are ten in the series. I'm hooked even though it's slightly hokey. 

1250pm: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to hit the treadmill for two miles, do the weights and then head out to Glenwood around 230pm.

1pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; more of SAM MORRIL on STEVE-O.

As I was reading in the living room a sizable branch fell and landed on top of the pile. I think that this branch was from the old woman's tree. 

240pm-525pm: To Glenwood...A mom was wearing a STONES TOUR 1975 tee shirt & I told her I saw them in 1969, Terry Reid opened. I gave Bo 2 foam airplanes for ten bucks on Amazon and Janny and I exchanged a bunch of books. 

555pm: In the tub with 'THE COLOR OF LIGHT'' and listening to ROLLING STONES- 'Emotional Rescue'; WHO- 'Quadrophenia'. 

Finished SAM MORRIL on STEVE-O and began SAL VULCANO & CHRIS DISTEFENO. 

More 'FUGITIVA' (Netflix). I shut it down 12 minutes into episode #5. The believability has begun to depart from any sense of reality. I don't know if I'll be doing another five segments and I think it's about time to move along.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
