Weekly Cleaning Complete

Watched 'BURNING BETRAYAL' (Netflix).  A sexy & steamy tale of  a Brazilian woman who runs a business and has a complicated love life. At her bachelorette party she learns that her partner has been cheating on her for years and embezzling funds from her company. Soon, another man (a judge) vows his love. It's really her best male friend who has it in for her. A high gloss finish over a mediocre script but worth a look. Filmed in São Paulo, Brazil.

Re-beginning 'THE MIRE' (Netflix). I shut it down 36 minutes into episode #2. I don't remember a single scene from this Polish series and I must have begun it a while ago. I'll continue this tonight.

1140am: The PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then head to Planet Fitness.

Mayhem ensues; with Daniel Kaluuya, Allison Williams, Bradley Whitford, Catherine Keener, and Caleb Landry Jones. "85" Metascore; watched a 'COLD CASE FILES' (Netflix)- In 1960 a Mexican American woman is raped & murdered.  Sixty years later an ex-priest is convicted of the crime.

545pm:  In the tub with 'NADA' and listening to 'SOUL CLAP RECORDS' compilation; ORNETTE COLEMAN- 'Virgin Beauty'; ROBIN TROWER- 'Chrysalis Years' Playlist.

More 'THE MIRE' (Netflix). I shut it down 10 minutes into episode #4. What dreary set locations yet very authentic!

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Not bad, but close, however excellent and creative charcoal drawings as the 'hints' to Eckhart's character. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
