***Very early this morning I heard Buddy vomiting, but no vomit and he seems fine. 

Watched 'COP LAND' (Netflix). Premise: Cops working in NYC had to live in the city to retain their jobs. In the 70's they figured out a way around the law and many moved to a small town in New Jersey that was full of cops and a 'safe' community. Then, the mob controlled the entire town. An interesting film that's top-heavy with acting talent; with Sylvester Stallone, Harvey Keitel, Ray Liotta, Robert De Niro, Janeane Garofalo, Michael Rapaport, Noah Emmerich, Cathy Moriarty, and Frank Vincent. Filmed in Edgewater, Cliffside Park, and Fort Lee, New Jersey.

***I ordered Buddy's thyroid medication from Wedgewood. I switched to auto pay to avoid the ten dollar shipping charge.

***At 1015am I got a call from Fenner's office saying they were cancelling again. The new appointment is on Thursday January 30th at 1130am. I feel great that I don't have to go in today, but tomorrow is the eye appointment.  

Watched more of 'FERRY: The Series' (Netflix). 

***12pm: The city trucks picked up the branch pile, but the bags are still on the street. This is my week for bag pickup. I'll give them till Friday. 

1155am: The PC is 'Off' and I'll hit the treadmill because tomorrow I plan to walk to the clinic for the eye exam.

1225pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began 3 part documentary 'ESCAPING TWIN FLAMES' (Netflix)- A couple become rich selling True Love on the internet to lonely people;  began a THEO VON solo episode. 

Weights:  3 sets/  15 reps 

215pm- 230pm: I cleaned up leaves in the area where they picked up the branches. I filled one more bag.

445pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; watched an episode of 'KILLER MYSTERIES' ( Amazon Prime)- A profile of a mother & son 'confidence team'; more of solo THEO VON. 

545apm: In the tub with 'THE BLACK BOOK' and listening to EMERSON LAKE & PALMER Playlist; PINK FLOYD- 'Dark Side Of The Moon'; CANNED HEAT- 'Future Blues'.

Watched more of THEO VON solo, but he interviewed a woman with the world's longest mullet haircut. She's in the Guiness Book of World Records.

***When I went upstairs I noticed that Buddy had been sick in the kitchen. I would almost believe that he got sick because he was mad at me for not getting him something to eat quick enough. He seemed fine and he ate his dinner with no further incidents. 

More of 'ESCAPING TWIN FLAMES' (Netflix). I shut it down with 36 minutes left in the final episode. It's hard to believe that anyone over the age of seven would accept the 'Twin Flames Principles of Masculinity & Femininity'.

Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
