Up 610am: Cloudy and windy with temps to upper 30's.

Today's first thought was that I had forgotten to write 'The Chat' yesterday.  I wrote it immediately  and the 'Boooo Chat' went out by 720am. 

Watched 'SKY HIGH' (Netflix). {This movie came first and then they created the Spanish series}  A fantastic movie that was successfully turned into a terrific series. Angel needs to marry the boss's daughter so that he can get 'sky high' in the organization. The movie is Angel's tale and the series concerns Sole's taking over her father's criminal enterprise. Most of the secondary characters are also continued in the series.  

1045am- 1115am: Finished the film and spent time filling the Elantra's tires with air. When the temperature drops in the Fall, at least one of the tires needs more air. Three tires were low and the pump works fine. It's just slow and each pound per square inch is almost a minute. However, the tire gauge reads several pounds lower than the auto-gauge in the car. 

 More 'NOTRE DAME' (Netflix). Interconnected stories weave through this tale concerning one of the most devastating fires in French history. 

1210pm: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then spend the afternoon on the machines at Esporta. 

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps. Dumbbells. 

***Too much air in the tires.

 105pm: Esporta...45" Precor.  45"Treadmill. 30"Cross. 15" Bike.  30" Precor;  watched 'THE TAKE' (Netflix)- Crooked French police, an American CIA agent, and a pickpocket clash in Paris; with Idris Elba, Richard Madden, and Kelly Reilly. "48" Metascore; watched a documentary 'GIRL IN THE PICTURE' (Netflix)- A dead stripper is found by the side of the road and her husband is actually her father. And, later we learn that he had just kidnapped a child and she became his 'daughter/ wife'. 

Car wash at Green & when I got home I let out some of the air in the tires. The car psi does not match the tire gauge. I'll drive it a bit to see if the numbers are still too high. 

545pm: In the tub to begin 'SLEEPLESS' by ROMY HAUSMANN and listening to BLACK SABBATH- 'Sabbath Bloody Sabbath'; ALICE IN CHAINS- 'Dirt'; PSYCHEDELIC FURS- 'Talk Talk Talk'.

Finished 'GIRL IN THE PICTURE' (Netflix). It looked as if I had watched this sometime in the past, but I didn't remember a single scene. 

More 'NOTRE DAME' (Netflix).  'la part du feu' means 'the part of the fire'. I shut it down 21 minutes into episode #4.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
