Up 615am: Diarrhea at 4am caused by a strange diet yesterday. I just ate rice and the evening meal. Mostly sunny with temps to upper 50's. 

Watched 'SUITE FRANCAISE' (Kanopy). A decent look at what it would it's like to live in an enemy occupied town. When the invading army takes control, townspeople rat out each other to settle old scores. And, there is a story of star crossed lovers at the center of the tale; with Michelle Williams, Kristin Scott Thomas, Sam Riley, and Matthias Schoenerts. "63" Metascore.  The town of Bussy, France is about 165 miles south of Paris. 

Tony texted at 935am that he has to take his dog to the vet for allergies. I think he used the same excuse last year. 

10am: PC is 'Off' and will get in a walk before he calls or texts back. I hope this is still on for today. 

1020am: To Washington Park...Parkview,  Wash.Pk southside,  MacArthur,  Wash.Pk northside,  up the hill,  Parkview,  Fairway,  and up to 940...ONE HOUR AND 10 MINUTES;  BOZ SCAGGS- 'Silk Degrees; more YANNIS PAPPAS on J.R.E.  

***When I walked in the door Janny called and will drop by. They gave me a basket of fruit for my birthday & visited about 20 minutes 

230pm:  Tony said he'd be here between 330pm & 4pm.

Reading 'MIND CAGE'. To page 141 and postponed indefinitely. Nice idea but confusing & clunky presentation. Very difficult to follow. 

4pm- 435pm: Tony said that I had silicon on the drive belt. He recommended a silicone lubricant with a better applicator.  $100, the Birthday Rate and for the not so lucky, it's $175.

445pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished YANNIS PAPPAS on J.R.E; began J.R.E. with two guys with a legal justice program. 

550pm: In the tub to begin 'SUNSET LIMITED' by JAMES LEE BURKE and listening to DAVE HOLLAND QUINTET Playlist; BLACK SABBATH Playlist. 

***New Iberia is 21 miles southeast of Lafayette, Louisiana. 

Finished 'GISELDA' (Netflix). The series was based on the life of Griselda Blanco, the real 'cocaine godmother'.

Began 'DEADWIND' (Netflix). The 'police procedural' series is set in Finland and some of the action happens in Tallinn, Estonia. I have seen season #1, and season #2 & #3 are now available.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
