Watched 'TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES N.M.' (Tubi). A crew of law breakers go on a spree through the desolate American West of the late 1990's. They consist of a pair of lovers, a psycho, an undercover cop, and a couple of hostages. They've got thirty kilos of 'H' that belongs to the mob and they've got to unload it. It's almost camp because it's so chock full of the most absurd 'tough guy' dialog, however it boasts a star studded cast; with Kiefer Sutherland, Kim Dickens. Vincent Gallo, Kevin Pollak, Max Perlich, Rod Steiger, and Martin Sheen. Directed by Kiefer Sutherland. Filmed in various small towns in Utah; St. George, Heber City, Hurricane, Park City.

950am: PC is 'Off' and will hit the treadmill to get in the miles before the tax appointment. 

1005am: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  ancient TUESDAYS WITH STORIES. 

Added much lubricant to the treadmill. It seems like it's smoother, but it just might be my imagination. I did a full 20 ml to both undersides of the mat and I will keep a record of how many hours that I walk on the treadmill. I'll re-lube after 20-25 hours.

1245pm: To Epperson- $7,817 Fed Refund; $371 Owed Illinois; $240 Epperson's fee. The money was automatically added and subtracted from the Ameriprise account. When I got home I called Dax's office and told them of the money that would be coming in and leaving the account. 

***MetLifeTakeAlong*** ($40.83) was in the checking account details all along. However, the name doesn't stand out and the Ameren bill is even more disguised.  

$28 gas at the station right next door. 

Home around 230pm and reading 'VIENNA BLOOD' 

450pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; began FEEHAN & NORMAND on LEWIS GOMEZ.

550pm: In the tub with 'VIENNA BLOOD' and listening to BOB SEGER- 'Night Moves'/ BOB SEGER Playlist; FREE Playlist.

More 'IRON REIGN' (Netflix). The family that runs the dock has located 'the czar's mail' and they prevail after a massive gunfight, but who stole the smack? A likely candidate might be the boss's son who has big gambling debts and boss daddy has cut him off.  I shut it down 46 minutes into episode #4.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
