Up 7am: Diarrhea at 3am and a restless night. Strong storms with lightning & thunder ending mid morning with temps to low 50's. It doesn't look like 2-3 inches of rain fell on Westview although the rain gauge is not out yet. 

***Buddy threw up his breakfast. I bought four cans of '9-Lives' yesterday and I'm wondering if the switch from 'Friskies' might be at fault. After more 'Friskies', I gave him some '9-Lives' about 10am and he seemed fine. 

Watched 'LOST IN PERFECTION' (Netflix). A strange film from Taiwan about a middle aged and plain woman who seems to latch on to rich older gentlemen and bilk them of their savings, investments and life insurance. She's on the level, but a corrupt prosecutor uses a female news director to pump up the 'black widow' angle to take attention away from a political scandal. A fascinating story and it's apparently based on an actual Japanese 'black widow'.  

More of 'A KILLER PARADOX' (Netflix). Finished episode #5 and there is about 2 hours and 45 minutes left in the series. Maybe I'll binge through to the end tonight and tomorrow morning...or not. It is definitely a very different storyline. 

1225pm: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then hit the sidewalks

445pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished JOE LIST on HONEY DEW & began CHRISTIA P. on HONEY DEW. 

550pm: In the tub with 'HOPE OF (Not 'TO') HEAVEN' and listening to JETHRO TULL- 'Aqualung'/ 'Crest OF A Knave'.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
