***Buddy sick last night on the hallway carpet.

Watched 'SCOOP' (Netflix). A very interesting subject, but a tepid presentation. The film is about how the BBC was able to expose Prince Andrew's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein; with Rufus Sewell, Gillian Anderson (THE X-FILES), and Billie Piper. "62" Metascore.  None of the underage girls were even used as background for the interview. Is it possible for a sixteen year old to make a single sexual decision or is it all forbidden except for abstinence? 

Finished 'DUMB MONEY' (Netflix). Congress and the SEC did nothing, but I don't know enough about it to understand what they should have done. The only change is that retail traders are now closely watched by the hedge fund guys because they now can see that 'dumb money' has a very real effect on the markets. 

Watched an episode of 'COLD CASE FILES' (Netflix). 'Ice Cold In Denver'- In 1980 during a Colorado blizzard a 21 year old radio intern is kidnapped, raped, murdered, and abandoned in a field. Forty years later her killer is apprehended and convicted. 

Began 'THE ANTISOCIAL NETWORK: Memes To Mayhem' (Netflix). '4chan' is an English language update of a Japanese software program called '2chan'.  I just watched the first twenty minutes and will finish the rest on the treadmill. 

1pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill

130pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished 'THE ANTISOCIAL NETWORK: Memes To Mayhem' (Netflix); began SHANE GILLIS on 'BONFIRE'.

450pm: TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; 'TALES OF THE UNEXPLAINED' (Netflix)- 1) Finished tale of a haunted southern plantation. 2) Began tale of 5 men who went missing after attending a basketball game in Chino, CA in 1978.

545pm:  In the tub with 'IN THE CUT' and listening to DOORS Playlist; MANFRED MANN Playlist.

More 'MY NAME' (Netflix). I shut it down 3 minutes into episode #5. Some classy and elaborate hand- to- hand combat sequences and a variety of crazy scene chewing by the principal players. It's still very watchable.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
