Weekly Cleaning

Watched 'SILENT HILL' (Netflix- leaving soon). Lost interest at 30 minutes. A sixties styled horror picture with lots of CGI demons and imps. Not in the mood. 

Finished 'FURIES' (Netflix). It became far too confusing, and the ending was a complete let down. "Damocles has become Olympus". 

Began 'CRIMINAL SPAIN' (Netflix). Each episode is a different interrogation at the Madrid police headquarters. I watched the first two, and I'm not quite sold, but will continue this evening. {I just noticed that there are only three in the series...Odd}

1140am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then hit Esporta. After the workout I'll get more vitamins at the Supplement Store. 

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps.

1235pm: To Esporta...45"Precor,  45"Cross,  30" Recumbent Bike,  45" Precor; watched movie 'UNFROSTED' (Netflix)- Jerry Seinfield's ode to Pop Tarts. Top-heavy with comedic talent; finished ARI SHAFFIR on 'Take Your Shoes Off'; more of 'MAGIC TRIP' (Amazon Prime)- The saga of Ken Kesey's magic bus.

Planted all of the new flowers in the front stoop planter.

***Buddy had  thrown up on the hallway carpet while I was at Esporta. 

I started the bath too early. I had an extra hour, but today's trip left me a bit scrambled...I guess. 

445pm: In the tub with 'THE THANATOS SYNDROME' and listening to JOHN MAYALL Playlist; MILES DAVIS Playlist; TALKING HEADS- 'Remain In Light'.

***Buddy got sick again while I was downstairs. This time it was behind the recliner in the living room. 

Finished ARI SHAFFIR on 'Take Your Shoes Off'.

Finished 'CRIMINAL: SPAIN' (Netflix) and began 'FIASCO' (Netflix). It's a French farce about the making of a film. The director is telling the story and he gets no respect from the cast and crew. The director calls 'Action' but a crew person says 'Action' before he can start the scene. I made it 27 minutes into episode #2 and decided to look for something a little more riveting.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
