***I want the water heater drained and the battery changed on the sump pump. They will use the water from the water heater to run through the pump to make sure that it is working. The pump was installed when the system was added in 2019. I bought a new replacement battery from Rexx on Clear Lake for $102 on Mo 4/30/24.

Up 610am: A mix of sun & clouds and a chance for storms late this afternoon with temps to mid 80's and much cooler tomorrow.

Finished 'THE ASUNTA CASE' (Netflix). I'm not 100% sure that the parents killed their daughter, but I'm certainly more than half convinced. It's surprising that the mother would leave so much damaging evidence if she committed the murder because she was a practising attorney. However, she was suffering from many physical and mental conditions that might explain why she left such a dubious trail. But, the motive was unclear. It was only hinted at, but there could have been more of a sexual angle between the girl and her step-father. 

***920am- 10am: The guy from Tom's Plumbing arrived. He saw no problems and he brought a hose that would easily reach the pump from the water heater.  He also ran part of the water from the water heater through the basement drain (near the furnace) to make sure that it was clear of debris/sludge. Every few months, after a heavy rain, unplug the pump and see if the battery kicks in: $110.00 by check. 

Began 'MAGIC TRIP' (Amazon Prime).  Didn't pay that much attention and will save it for a later date. 

Began 'FURIES' (Netflix). Shut it down 12 minutes into episode #2. Fast paced and very cheeky and I will definitely watch more of this tonight. 

1145am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then head to Planet Fitness. 

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps.

1235pm:  To Planet Fitness...45"Cross, 45"Treadmill,  30"Cross,  30"Bike. 30"Cross; watched movie 'MILLER'S GIRL' (Netflix)- A high school English teacher is seduced by a sexy student. She writes a short story about their relationship in the style of Henry Miller; finished DAN SODER on 'ARE YOU GARBAGE? '; began 'SECRETS OF THE NEANDERTHALS' (Netflix).- 25" & I moved on.Dull; MARK NORMAND on 'First Date' podcast.

Began SHANE GILLIS on a podcast

More 'FURIES' (Netflix). I shut it down 30 minutes into episode #3. 'The Fury' is a female position that's passed from mother to daughter. 'The Furies' act as arbitrators and keep peace among the seven major crime families of Paris.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
