Up 535am: A mix of sun & clouds with temps to about 80.

Watched 'COLORS OF EVIL: Red' (Netflix). A female Polish judge's daughter is raped and murdered. She teams with a young detective and they find links to a vicious serial killer who owns a successful and popular nightclub. 'The Reveal' is that the judge's daughter was not murdered by the psycho, but it was a friend who killed her when she refused to have sex with him. Parts of the film were very graphically violent and that is saying something! A man's lip is cut off and then his throat is slashed by a box cutter.

The film is based on a Polish trilogy and I checked Amazon, but none of the books are published in English.

910am: The PC is 'Off' and preparing to do five miles on the treadmill before I head over to Red Oak for the yard sale: 9am- 6pm.

925am: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  watched an actress from THE SOPRANOS on 'WE MIGHT BE DRUNK'.

Reading 'THE GEMINI CONTENDERS'.

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps 

1240pm- 330pm: To Red Bud; sat in the garage and chatted. Several buyers stopped at the sale, but they only made a couple of dollars. She said that all that didn't sell would be donated to Hope Charity on Dirksen near Penney's.   

410pm- 510pm: Mowed lawn/ Sweep/Trimmed bush in backyard. 

Gas: $31.95. I stopped far too close to the interstate. Gas was far more expensive. 

545pm:  In the tub with 'THE GEMINI CONTENDERS' and listening to GRATEFUL DEAD- 'Live' playlist;  Early JACK BRUCE Playlist.

More 'BIG VAPE: The Rise and Fall of JUUL' (Netflix). I shut it down 34 minutes into episode #3. The advertising playbook for Juul was lifted completely from the 'lifestyle' approach that was used by the tobacco industry.  They both sold a 'way of life', and not a product.

We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
