Watered the flowers and opened the windows.

Finished 'SEBASTIAN FITZEK'S: Therapy' (Amazon Prime).  A completely unhinged series and even at the end I didn't know how much was hallucination or how much was real. Dad had been poisoning Josy for years, but the motive was more than a little unclear. He was slowly killing her because he didn't want to lose her?  Josy and mom split to another mansion and were living happily ever after until Josy drops by during the final scene. The show was taken from a novel and that must be a doozy of a read. Part of the story happens on the fictional island of Parkum. The series was shot on the island of Amrum in the German North Sea.

Watched 'THE WOMAN AND THE MURDERER' (Netflix). A documentary about the Guy Georges, the 'Beast of The Bastille'- rape/ murder cases of Paris during the 1990's. One of the victim's mothers wouldn't allow the police to let the case go cold. When the perp was caught she seemed to be sympathetic to the view that his upbringing led directly to his violent behavior. 

1205pm: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then visit Planet Fitness. Still feel a little rough/tired from yesterday's chemical hijinks or the early morning diarrhea. 

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps. 

1pm: To Planet Fitness...45"Cross,  45"Treadmill,  30"Bike,  30"Treadmill,  30"Cross;  binged series 'DANCING FOR THE DEVIL: The 7M Tic Tock Culture (Netflix)- A professional management & dance company is a front for a Christian cult. Loved ones can't detur cult members because in a free society you are quite free to enslave yourself.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Seems to be Ben Kingsley, but he's not the killer, he's an ex-agent who can do 'remote viewing'. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
