Up 6am: Most cloudy with temps to low 80's. Stray showers around 430pm & muggy.

***Buddy threw up in the hallway last night and this afternoon when I returned from Esporta he had gotten sick in the kitchen. He seemed a little lethargic this morning. He hadn't been sick in a while and I hope he bounces back. 

***He was sick again on his mat by the breezeway,  5pm (?).

Entered 'THE LITIGATORS' by John Grisham in the blog. 

Watched 'BEFORE, NOW & THEN' (Kanopy). Set in 60's rural Indonesia and concerns a woman who is married to a much older man and now their marriage is cooling. The woman's previous husband (who was presumed dead) has come back into her life. This causes much turmoil to her marriage, her children, and the community. A moving film, but I didn't understand a lot of it because it was deeply rooted to the history and culture of Indonesia. I liked it. "70" Metascore. 

Watched 'OUTSTANDING: A Comedy Revolution' (Netflix). "Are you a lesbian?  Are you the alternative?...."Things are bad and getting worse and there was the fierce urgency of now". I shut it down at 1 hr and 14 minutes and I'll finish the documentary later this afternoon.

1130am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to 'really' do the weights and then the workout at Esporta. 

Weights: 3 sets/ 15 reps.

1225pm: To Esporta...45"Precor,  45"Treadmill,  30"Cross,  30"Recumbent Bike,  30"Precor;  watched documentary 'BILDERBERG: The Movies (Amazon Prime)- The aim is not One World Government, but control by one corporation. This will be achieved by the destabilizing of all sovereign governments; finished 'OUTSTANDING: A Comedy Revolution' (Netflix)- funny & interesting; began 'WORST ROOMMATE EVER' (Netflix)- Roommate orders biological virus over the Dark Web. and gets caught by the FBI.

Began 'ALL QUIET ON THE WESTERN FRONT' and I finished this one thirty years ago to the day at The FitClub. I'll save this for later and later began a GREG ILES that I got at the library book sale in 2023. 

550pm: In the tub to begin 'THE QUIET GAME' by GREG ILES and listening to JOHN COLTRANE- 'Blue Train'; BLUE OYSTER CULT Playlist.

More of 'ARE YOU GARBAGE?'- just the boys.

Finished 'GANGS OF GALICIA' (Netflix). It ends when the heroine visits her drug runner boyfriend in jail and she tells him that she's pregnant. The visit ends and she is crying as she's escorted out of the cell. He's upset, but is it in a good way or bad?  According to the internet there will be a second season. Spanish TV is some of the best in the world. 

***Buddy has not bounced back, but he has kept down a bit of food.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
