Up 6am: Cloudy to partly sunny with temps only to upper 80's and a few degrees cooler than it has been, but the humidity makes up for it.

Mowed Lawn: 830am- 930am; Trimmed the hedge next to the security fence and pulled some vines off the tree in the garden on the other side of the lot.  According to the blog the last time that I mowed the lawn was on Mo 5/29. This has been a true Heat Wave, and at least my grass is not burned out (yet). 

1035am: Watered the front flowers

Watched 'NAHIR' (Amazon Prime). A young and beautiful woman from Argentina has a violent boyfriend. She either shot him as they were on his motorbike or her father was following them and then he shot the boy. Nahir Galarza is the youngest female to receive a life sentence in Argentina, however the case is under appeal. Set near the city of Gualeguaychu, Argentina which is in the eastern part of the country near the border with Uruguay.  Friends and relatives of the deceased lobbied to prevent the film from being shot in the town where the murder occurred. The actress that played the lead, Valentina Zenere is a classic beauty and a star on the Disney Channel in South America. 

125pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing for a walk on the treadmill. 

155pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  finished 'ARE YOU GARBAGE? with just the boys; began MICHELLE WOLF on 'SODER'.

540pm: In the tub with 'FINGERSMITH' and listening to HUMBLE PIE- 'Shine On'/ 'Smokin'; STEPPENWOLF Playlist.

No podcast and began 'HITLER'S CIRCLE OF EVIL' (Netflix). I shut it down 43 minutes into episode #2. The other series about Hitler was better, but this presentation is worth a look. The other used 'colorized and refreshed' film footage from the early days of National Socialism that was really effective. Scenes shot in the early years of the twentieth century that look and feel like they were taken today.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. We 4/23/25- Gummy 645am {I took 1/4 of a 200 mg of 'DIET SMOKE' gummy: 50 mg total}. 650am (1-LB: Cookie Bread). 910am (1/2-LB: Cookie Bread).  1220pm (1-LB: Panama Punch). 535pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker). 815pm (1-LB: Permanent Marker).  Up 545am: A mix of suny & clouds with temps to about 80. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
