Up 510am: Mostly sunny with temps almost to 90.

Watered the flowers in front.

Watched 'MILES AHEAD' (Tubi). Mostly it concerns the disputed ownership of a reel to reel tape of Miles Davis's music and his turbulent life with Frances. I don't know how much was true, but it captured many aspects of 'the myth' of Miles Davis; with Don Cheadle, Ewan McGregor, and LaKeith Stanfield. Directed by Don Cheadle. Although set in NYC it was filmed entirely in Cincinnati, OH."64" Metascore and I would have rated a couple of points higher.

Watched 'ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWEIRD' (Amazon Prime). It's shot on a shoestring budget and slightly above the level of a student film. I wasted ninety minutes of my life. 'Michael Madsen is missing' is the theme and the more interesting scenes are shot on the set of Tarantino's film, 'Once Upon A Time In Hollywood'; with Michael Madsen, Eric Roberts, and many others. 

1140am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then hit the sidewalks. {I didn't do the weights} 

1225pm-125pm: To Washington Park...half way through and I was high out of my head. My mouth was so dry and generally unsteady that I was not sure if I could make it back. Mostly this was a panic attack although it was very hot. Parkview, Wash. Pk northside, MacArthur, Wash Pk. southside, up the hill, Parkview, Kenyon, and down to 940; only about an hour and listening to FUNKADELIC Anthology. 

2pm-5pm: Semi paralyzed on the couch. The intensity of the trip was not as acute as last time (300 mg), but surprisingly close (200 mg).  

545pm: In the tub with 'FINGERSMITH' and listening to DULANEY AND BONNIE Playlist; YARDBIRDS Playlist.
