Up 530am: Very hot & humid with temps to upper 90's. Heat Advisory is in effect, but rain is in the forecast for tomorrow. 

I tried to connect to Kanopy, but it was still not accessible. I'll call Emily after 10am.

Watched ten minutes of 'LADY J' (Netflix) and decided there was too much dialogue and I'll get back to it some other time. 

Watched 'KILL ME IF YOU DARE' (Netflix). A Polish Rom-Com about a couple who win a million dollars in the lottery. After they cash in the lucky ticket both think that the other is trying to kill them for the money. It was so weird and crazy that I didn't understand 'what or why' things were happening. Maybe it's a Polish thing. They lost the money because the safe that they bought to store the cash was just a scam. The seller of the safe had his own key and came back and robbed them. But, where did the money come from to buy the cake shop? Some of the film is shot in picturesque Gródek nad Dunajcem, Poland which is near the border with Slovakia. The 'Heron Live Hotel' is featured for many of the scenes.

Watched 'BALLERINA' (Netflix). Her girlfriend is murdered by a serial killer/rapist so she gets even. Some really bloody Korean chop-socky and classic 'Lady Boss Man' point of view. She's tiny & sexy, yet tougher than any man that drew breath. Lots of style and a storyline that moves right along yet credibility isn't part of the show.  

I called Wedgewood and they will reactivate the autopay and I'll get the two pens in about one week. I have a two week supply in the house now. 

I'll call Emily when I get back from Esporta or I'll call tomorrow. One fun at a time.

1155am: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to do the weights and then go to Esporta. At 1155am we had a 'Feels Like' temperature of 104.

More 'CALL MY AGENT!' (Netflix). I didn't realize it, but I started Season #2 and I shut it down 25 minutes into episode #1... When trying to conceal that you are doing something you do not want to do. "It's a step backwards forward"..."Relationships are only valid after three years, and before that they are just romantic comedies".  

A 'Tornado Watch' has been added to the forecast. Strong storms are expected late tonight and early tomorrow morning. {Tuesday morning the rain gauge measured just over 2 inches}

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
