Up 545am: Cloudy with periods of rain and temps to low 80's. (No rain during the day- just haze & clouds)

***The one of the roofing guys showed up about 6am and he's working on the section adjacent to 940. He was gone within a couple of hours. Rain is in the forecast to begin early this afternoon.{no rain later}  

Just before 8am they were screaming at each other in the house across the street. The younger woman with the hair extensions was yelling into their living room from the front door.  Quiet soon after.

Watched 'AN AMERICAN CRIME' (Netflix). A couple of carnival workers leave their two daughters with a woman so that they can work the summer circuit. The woman appears to be reliable because she is watching several other children, however the woman is crazy and allows one of the daughters to be tortured to death; with Elliot Page, Catherine Keener, Ari Graynor (I'M DYING UP HERE), Bradley Whitford, and James Franco. The film is based on the real murder of Sylvia Likens that occurred in Indianapolis, Indiana in the summer of 1965.

From the incident's page at Wikipedia: "The torture and murder of Sylvia Likens is widely regarded by Indiana citizens as the worst crime ever committed in their state and has been described by a senior investigator in the Indianapolis Police Department as the "most sadistic" case he had ever investigated in the 35 years he served with the Indianapolis Police."

More of 'HITLER'S CIRCLE OF EVIL' (Netflix). I shut it down 6 minutes into episode #5.

Successfully changed the password and ID at State Farm. Now I'm 'valis49'...why? I also signed up for the free 'Ting'. 

Called State Farm to pay the auto and homeowners policies and wrote a short chat.

12pm: PC is 'Off' and the plan is to hit the treadmill.

1230pm: FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  watched a complete 'ARE YOU GARBAGE?'.

Reading 'LAZARUS'

330pm- 345pm: Hacked weeds & pulled out some vines in the flower garden in back. Just a few minutes made a discernible difference.

 540pm: In the tub with 'LAZARUS' and listening to BLACK CROWES Playlist.

We 8/15/18 Up 820am; overcast, clammy, and threatening. Rain predicted all day and tomorrow- none so far; 915am. (All day and barely a sprinkle- it was happening all around us, but nothing here) Watched  'SUSPECT ZERO' (Amazon Prime) Aaron Eckhart/ Ben Kingsley/ Carrie Anne Moss.  Eckhart plays a disgraced FBI agent who is being fed information by a serial killer. Finished 'SIGNS' (Netflix). Clearly the drama hasn't ended, and I hope there will be infinite new seasons. {No such luck. I couldn't find anything about a third season}.
