655am (2-LB). 8am (1/2-B). 1030am (1/2-B). 115pm (2-LB). 440pm (1-LB).  535pm (1-LB). 815pm (2-LB).

Up 530am: Cooler, but very humid with temps to mid 80's. Stray thunderstorms are in the forecast. Last night I didn't hear the rain, but the gauge registered just over 2 inches.

I watched a 14" YouTube - Andrew Sandino & Theo Von talk about Trump's attempted assassination. They featured a video of the rally showing Trump speaking and people in the crowd yelling, " he's on the roof, he's got a gun". I wonder if this really happened because that recording could be so easily doctored. Just an audio superimposed over the video. You could have done this with 60's technology, but nobody would have considered it several decades ago.

Watched 'RIDE OR DIE' (Netflix). A terrific Japanese Art Film about two young women who shared an attraction in high school and ten years later they meet up again. One girl is married to a man who beats her and the other girl kills the man to prove their love. The two women go on a kind of 'THELMA & LOUISE' road trip, but you never learn much about the girls as only bits of  their past are slowly revealed in a dangerous and uncertain present. Although they're on the run from the police, their juvenile and romantic actions are always a surprise and this makes it seem more like real life.  "64" Metascore, but I would have rated it many points higher.  I just learned (remembered) that one of the girls gave up her plastic surgeon business to be with the love of her life. The film is based on a Japanese 'Psychological /Thriller/ Romance' manga series called 'GUNJO'.

Began 'OBLITERATED' (Netflix). Military lunkheads on a Special Op prevent Las Vegas from being atomized with a dirty bomb and then they stay to party. Too Stooopid. I gave this one the 'thumbs down' and moved onward.

Began 'LUPIN' (Netflix). Although I watched the first episode before, I didn't remember anything and I will definitely continue. This one is loaded with 'French Flair' and I'll get back to it tonight.

1225pm: PC is 'Off' and preparing to walk on the treadmill. Skies are dark and it looks like rain, but it's only 75 degrees. The nitwits across the street are actually mowing their lawn. I'm sure it will be lovely, if you like clumps.

115pm:   FIVE MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT;  an old TUESDAYS WITH STORIES because Mark is overseas.

Weights:  3 sets/ 15 reps.

Reading 'LAZARUS'

***Called Emily Stone and learned I have to wait until August 1st to re register. Kanopy does this because people reached their ticket maximum, deleted the account,  and resigned for more tickets. Had I thought of it, I'd have tried the same thing.

445pm:  TWO MILES AT 4.1 PACE AND ZERO SLANT; finished MARK NORMAND on 'SODER'; began DAVE ATTELL on 'SODER'.

540pm: In the tub with 'LAZARUS' and listening to IF Playlist; JAMES GANG Playlist; JOE WALSH Playlist.

More of DAVE ATTELL on 'SODER'.

More of 'LUPIN' (Netflix). I shut it down 14 minutes into episode #3. Another high quality French series that's as good as 'CALL MY AGENT!'.
